Embedded Program Manager

Hykmann Global Business Solutions is looking for an experienced and motivated Embedded Program Manager to lead embedded systems and IoT product development programs for international customers across automotive, industrial, logistics, and connected technology sectors.

The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional engineering teams, coordinate customer engagements, and ensure successful delivery of embedded hardware and firmware solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end embedded systems and IoT development programs
• Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and resource planning
• Coordinate firmware, hardware, cloud, and testing teams
• Collaborate with European customers and technology partners
• Drive Agile/Scrum-based execution and delivery
• Support technical discussions, product planning, and deployment activities
• Ensure quality, compliance, and documentation standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded systems or technical program management
• Strong understanding of embedded firmware and IoT technologies
• Experience with embedded communication protocols and connected devices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in multicultural and international environments

Preferred Skills

• Experience in automotive or industrial IoT projects
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Familiarity with Linux/RTOS-based embedded platforms
• Experience managing distributed engineering teams
