Delivery Excellence Lead

You will help a financial services organization improve how complex, cross-functional deliveries are planned, prioritized, and executed. In this role, you will work across value streams with managers, team leads, project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to strengthen Lean-Agile ways of working and improve delivery performance. You will combine coaching, facilitation, and operational follow-up to create better transparency, smoother collaboration, and stronger flow across the organization. • You will shape and lead Program Increments together with managers, team leads, and project managers.
• You will drive improvements in inflow, prioritization, follow-up, and capacity planning.
• You will facilitate PI-related activities such as readiness sessions, PI Planning, and Inspect and Adapt workshops.
• You will monitor bottlenecks, improve flow, and use data to support continuous improvement.
• You will make dependencies and risks visible and help ensure they are tracked and managed effectively.
• You will coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Architects, and other stakeholders in Lean-Agile practices.
• You will support collaboration across product, architecture, and operations to improve alignment and delivery outcomes.
• You will establish escalation paths and coordinate resolution of delivery risks and issues.
• You will measure and follow up on delivery metrics such as predictability, lead time, flow efficiency, and quality.
• You will communicate progress, status, and outcomes clearly to relevant stakeholders and provide hands-on support when needed.

• Proven experience in leadership roles within Agile delivery environments, such as RTE, Delivery Lead, Program Lead, or similar
• Experience facilitating large-scale Agile deliveries using SAFe or comparable frameworks
• Experience working with Program Increments and Agile planning processes
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and training capabilities
• Good understanding of metrics and flow diagnostics, such as predictability, lead time, flow efficiency, and cumulative flow
• Experience using Jira and related Agile planning and visualization tools
• Ability to influence and drive change without formal authority
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional environments
• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience

• Experience from Agile software development environments
• Understanding of financial services and market needs
