FullStack Developer (ML Ops)

We’re looking for a FullStack Developer/MLOps who can combine strong product engineering with practical AI/ML deployment to help us build intelligent, scalable, and production-ready features.

This is not a “research-only” or “prototype-only” role. We need someone who can ship, measure, iterate, and integrate AI/ML capabilities into real product workflows using our core stack: Laravel/NodeJs/Python/React/Typescript.

What you’ll do

● Build, maintain, and improve full-stack product features using Laravel/NodeJs/Python on the backend and React/Typescript on the frontend.

● Take full ownership of features from the initial design in Figma through development, testing, release, and successful delivery to production.

● Design and implement clean, scalable APIs and integrations between product systems and AI/ML services.

● Work with AWS Bedrock to integrate, test, and deploy AI-powered capabilities, including LLM-based automation, secure model access, prompt workflows, and production-ready AI services.

● Work on practical MLOps workflows: model integration, deployment, monitoring, inference pipelines, and automation.

● Help bring AI/ML features from prototype to production in a secure, reliable, and maintainable way.

● Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data/ML stakeholders to define requirements and deliver measurable outcomes.

● Improve system performance, reliability, observability, and developer experience.

● Use AI tools to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, prototyping, and workflow automation — while keeping quality and security intact.

● Deliver in short cycles: ship → measure → iterate, balancing speed with production-grade execution.

What we’re looking for

● 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.

● Strong backend experience with Laravel / PHP.

● Strong frontend experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

● Experience building and maintaining APIs, integrations, and scalable web applications.

● Practical understanding of databases, performance optimization, and secure development practices.

● Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, testing, and modern development practices.

● Interest or hands-on experience with MLOps, AI/ML integrations, model deployment, or inference pipelines.

● Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and document technical decisions.

● English: Upper-Intermediate+ for collaboration and documentation.

● Language bonus:

○ Swedish is a strong plus.

○ Ukrainian/Russian is a plus for smoother communication with part of the team.

● AI usage experience: practical experience using AI tools to accelerate development, debugging, documentation, and automation.

Nice to have

● Familiarity with monitoring, logging, observability, and performance optimization.

Experience with SaaS products, HR tech, fintech, or other B2B platforms.
