Service Manager – SCADA & Production IT - Södertälje

We are currently looking for an experienced Service Manager for an assignment with an international industrial company operating in the Södertälje area. The role is connected to SCADA and Production IT in a production-critical environment, with a strong focus on stable operations, high service quality, and close collaboration between business operations, production, and technical teams.

In this role, you will act as a key link between various stakeholders and be responsible for coordinating and driving service delivery forward together with production, maintenance, and internal IT functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of SCADA-related services

• Ensure SLA and quality targets are met

• Handle and coordinate incidents, problems, and changes

• Act as the main point of contact between the business and internal teams

• Support production-related matters connected to existing production lines

• Drive upgrades and change initiatives together with Production & Maintenance

• Coordinate server and infrastructure-related activities for production environments

• Follow up on KPIs, service delivery, and reporting

• Coordinate cross-functional teams during incidents and escalations

• Ensure proper documentation and service readiness

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience in Service Management or Service Delivery

• Experience working in SCADA environments, industrial IT, or production-related systems

• Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management

• Experience with SLA and KPI follow-up

• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and teams simultaneously

• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and server environments

• Strong communication skills and a structured way of working

• Fluent English is required; Swedish is considered a merit
