Senior AI Cloud Tech Lead

You will step into a senior technical lead role in a surveillance-focused defense environment where secure, cloud-native Data & AI platforms are central to future solutions. Here, you will combine architecture, hands-on engineering, and technical leadership to turn business needs into deployable AI capabilities. You will guide the design of end-to-end platforms, support solution delivery, and help shape how AI tooling is used in practice, including its possibilities and limitations. You will also mentor colleagues and act as a key technical sounding board in customer dialogue. • You will design end-to-end architecture, system views, and technical implementation for cloud-native Data & AI platforms.
• You will help define use cases and contribute to the development of complete AI solutions.
• You will translate business needs into robust architecture that can be deployed and operated in practice.
• You will lead installation, setup, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of the solution.
• You will drive technical support and problem-solving for Data & AI-related issues.
• You will review and improve platform environments to secure performance, stability, and maintainability.
• You will create guidelines for AI environment management and contribute strategic input to the roadmap.
• You will mentor junior team members and strengthen ways of working around cloud-native architecture and modern engineering practices.

• Solid experience in Golang and other systems programming languages, including operator implementations using Kubernetes.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field such as Data Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Practical experience with cloud architecture and high-performance applications in both cloud-native and traditional environments.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices, GitOps workflows, and developer enablement.
• Experience automating repetitive tasks using Shell or Python.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and container technology.
• Hands-on experience implementing automation pipelines and CI/CD using tools such as ArgoCD, ArgoWorkflows, GitHub Actions, or similar runners.
• Experience scanning third-party libraries and container images for vulnerabilities.
• Experience building cloud-native Kubernetes environments in industries with large volumes of data.
• Experience with agentic AI development or use of copilot.
• Experience with model deployment.
• Ability to pass security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship not permitted)

• Experience with build and test flows covering unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, as well as SAST, DAST, Artifactory release, and deployment to staging and production.
• Understanding of LLM concepts such as prompting and RAG.
• AI certifications from Google, AWS, or Microsoft.
• NVIDIA developer certification.
• SAFe or Agile certification.
