Partner Engineer / Developer Relations

We are looking for a Partner Engineer / Developer Relations Consultant to support the continued growth and development of a modern API platform focused on creating the best possible experience for both human and agentic developers. In this role, you will work closely with product, engineering and partner teams to strengthen developer engagement, improve support processes and help scale a growing developer ecosystem.

You will be responsible for supporting external partners and internal stakeholders, while also contributing to automation initiatives that reduce manual workflows and improve operational efficiency. The role includes monitoring and engaging with the developer community, ensuring feedback and insights are captured and communicated to relevant teams. You will also help maintain and improve technical content, documentation and website information to ensure it is clear, accurate and adapted for both developers and AI-driven tools.

This is a broad and hands-on role where you will combine technical understanding with communication and relationship-building skills. As the platform continues to evolve, there may be opportunities for the role to grow into a more specialized Partner Engineering or Developer Relations position.

• Experience working with APIs, developer platforms or technical partner support

• Strong communication skills and experience engaging with developer communities

• Experience with automation, technical documentation or process improvement initiatives

• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams

• Fluent English, both spoken and written
