We are looking for a structured and delivery-focused professional to join a dynamic digital product organization in a role positioned between Product Owner and Product Operations. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth and timely delivery of digital omni-channel features by aligning business needs, technology, and operational execution.
About the role
You will take ownership of delivery coordination across digital initiatives, ensuring clear visibility of scope, timelines, dependencies, and expected outcomes. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will translate needs into well-defined, prioritized backlogs that guide development teams in the right direction.
You will act as a central coordination point across product, tech, operations, content, and commercial teams, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the delivery lifecycle. A key part of your role is proactive communication-making sure progress, risks, and changes are clearly understood across all stakeholders.
With a solid understanding of agile ways of working and basic technical knowledge, you will support discussions around feasibility and help ensure that solutions are both realistic and aligned with business objectives.
Work tasks
- Own and manage the product backlog in collaboration with senior product stakeholders
- Prioritize and refine features, user stories, and tasks to ensure clarity and readiness
- Track milestones, risks, and dependencies, and proactively address potential blockers
- Communicate progress, scope changes, risks, and business impact to stakeholders
- Write and maintain clear and structured Jira tickets, including well-defined business requirements
- Ensure alignment between business goals, customer needs, and technical delivery
- Break down complex initiatives into structured workstreams, ensuring feasibility and dependency mapping
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across multiple teams and domains (product, tech, data, operations, etc.)
- Support and enforce delivery standards, including planning frameworks, readiness checklists, and agile cadences
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery practices and cross-team collaboration
We are looking for
- Strong experience (3-5 years) in roles such as Product Owner, Project Manager, Product Operations, or Delivery Lead
- Proven ability to work in agile environments and manage iterative delivery processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create clarity and alignment across stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and structured approach to work
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate needs into actionable delivery plans
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and managing competing priorities
- Basic technical understanding with ability to assess feasibility and implications together with engineering teams
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced and changing environments
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional digital product organizations is highly valued
