Assignment Description

We are currently looking for Senior C++ Engineers

What You Will Work On

• Develop and maintain embedded software using modern C++ (C++14)
• Contribute to system architecture and detailed software design activities
• Decompose requirements and maintain detailed technical documentation
• Establish requirement traceability according to the ASPICE V-model (SWE.2–SWE.5)
• Design and implement unit and integration tests in C++
• Improve software quality, maintainability, and code structure
• Perform bug fixing and advanced behavioral analysis
• Refactor common functionality into reusable utility components
• Monitor CI/CD execution and investigate failures and quality issues
• Perform advanced fault tracing and root cause investigations
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and established engineering practices
• Participate in agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, standups, retrospectives, and release activities

What You Bring

• Strong experience in modern C++ development (C++14)
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing in C++ environments
• Strong understanding of software quality practices and traceability concepts
• Experience with requirement analysis and technical documentation
• Experience working in CI/CD-driven software delivery environments
• Strong debugging, fault tracing, and root cause analysis capabilities
• Experience working in agile software development teams
• Experience with ASPICE processes and requirement traceability frameworks
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR C++ coding standards
• Experience in software architecture and detailed software design
• Hands-on experience with automated testing environments and test frameworks
• Ability to structure code, tests, and documentation according to established engineering standards
