PAM CyberArk Cloud Security Consultant

A major player in the banking sector is strengthening its ability to manage privileged access in cloud environments as part of a broader information risk reduction initiative. In this role, you will bring PAM expertise into an onboarding project focused on assessing current capabilities, identifying gaps, and defining the right path forward for cloud privilege management.

You will work close to security and change initiatives where cloud access, governance, and risk need to come together in a practical and scalable way. The role suits you if you enjoy combining analysis, security best practice, and documentation to influence how a complex organization approaches privileged access in both cloud and on-prem environments. • You will support a PAM workstream within an information risk reduction programme focused on cloud privilege management.
• You will assess current capabilities and gaps related to managing privileged access across cloud platforms.
• You will identify relevant use cases and help define how privileged access should be handled in a centralized and structured way.
• You will design and document requirements for cloud privileges and PAM-related controls.
• You will document findings from gap assessments and turn them into clear recommendations.
• You will compare tools and contribute to recommendations for the way forward.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders working in risk management, change management, and security.
• You will contribute with best practices for identity security and PAM across cloud and on-prem environments.

• Proven experience working with PAM controls and requirements.
• Experience managing cloud privileges through a centralized way of working and solution.
• Experience managing cloud privileges across multiple platforms, including GCP, AWS, and Entra.
• Experience working within risk management.
• Experience working within change management.
• Knowledge of identity and PAM security best practices for both on-prem and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of fundamental security principles such as SoD, Least Privilege, and Zero Trust.
• Previous experience working in a DevOps team in an Agile/Scrum setup.
• Understanding of IT processes and the system development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with cyber security controls and frameworks such as CIS, COBIT, NIST, and ISO 2700x.
• Strong technical, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
