Senior AI PMO & Transformation Lead

You will help shape an AI-enabled operating model in a global manufacturing environment where the ambition is to turn strategy into measurable business value. This role combines two senior tracks: you keep a group-level AI capability function running with strong governance, clear reporting, and disciplined follow-up, while also leading end-to-end AI transformation in the business, starting with Sourcing.

You will work close to senior stakeholders across business functions and IT, connect strategy with execution, and make sure AI initiatives move from roadmap to adoption and real outcomes. This is a strong fit if you enjoy combining PMO excellence with hands-on transformation leadership in a high-impact setting.

• You will own and develop the governance calendar, decision forums, meeting formats, and escalation paths for the AI capability function.
• You will drive value tracking and executive reporting, turning programme progress into clear business narratives for senior stakeholders.
• You will coordinate across business divisions, group functions, and IT to remove bottlenecks and keep cross-functional work moving.
• You will assess and improve the value realization framework, including tools, templates, and ways of working that make measurement consistent and repeatable.
• You will refine operational processes such as intake, prioritization, deployment tracking, and benefits realization.
• You will lead AI transformation in assigned business functions with full ownership of scope, plan, milestones, governance, and outcomes.
• You will develop benchmarks, business cases, success metrics, use cases, and roadmaps that connect AI investment to measurable value.
• You will build alignment with function leaders, prioritize initiatives based on value and feasibility, and ensure the portfolio becomes a coherent transformation rather than isolated pilots.

• 8-10+ years in management consulting, programme management, or transformation leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale digital or AI transformation programmes in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong senior-level PMO and governance background, including governance design, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to operate confidently with C-suite and Group Management stakeholders.
• Good understanding of AI/ML technologies in a business operations context, with breadth over depth.
• Experience building project plans, business cases, roadmaps, benchmarks, and value tracking models for transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to write and present with clarity and conviction.
• Fluent Swedish and strong written and spoken English.

• Experience from manufacturing, consumer durables, or industrial goods.
• Background in Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain AI transformation.
• Experience building or improving value realization or benefits tracking frameworks.
• Background from top-tier management consulting or equivalent in-house transformation leadership.
