About Us

We are an international IT and management consultancy company working with technology and telecom-related projects in Sweden.

We are looking for a structured and quality-oriented PM & Delivery Quality Specialist to support our internal delivery organization on a permanent part-time basis.

About the Role

In this role, you will coordinate delivery progress, support quality assurance follow-up, maintain project visibility, and contribute to structured internal processes across our consulting operations.

You will work closely with account managers, technical leads, and QA consultants to support smooth delivery coordination and reporting.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and delivery progress

• Coordinate internal delivery and QA follow-up activities

• Review testing documentation and delivery reports

• Maintain Jira and Confluence workflows and dashboards

• Support release coordination and internal communication

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives

• Ensure structured reporting and visibility for management

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and quality-driven.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience within the IT/software industry

• Experience in project coordination, PM support, QA, or software testing

• Good understanding of software development processes and QA methodologies

• Strong Jira and Confluence skills

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Professional English proficiency

Meritorious:

• Mandarin Chinese language skills

• Experience from international consulting environments
