Assignment Description

We are currently looking for an experienced SQL Developer to support a large-scale data migration and transformation initiative in a complex enterprise environment.

What You Will Work On

• Develop and maintain SQL-based migration and transformation solutions
• Execute and support large-scale migration of business-critical datasets
• Design repeatable and controlled data processing workflows
• Develop SQL logic for transformation, validation, and optimization
• Build and maintain migration pipelines and execution processes
• Construct and generate XML structures from relational data
• Ensure consistency and integrity across source and target platforms
• Support conversion and formatting of data between database environments
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders during migration activities
• Improve performance and scalability of migration processes
• Support quality assurance and reconciliation activities
• Contribute to migration planning and execution governance

What You Bring

• Strong experience as a SQL Server Developer
• Experience executing data migration initiatives and bulk movement of large datasets
• Good understanding of building and generating XML from SQL-based data
• Experience creating repeatable data processing pipelines
• Ability to ensure data consistency and integrity across systems during migration
• Experience with SSIS and/or SSMA
• Experience with job scheduling and queue management in SQL Server environments
• Understanding of DB2 data formatting and code page conversion
• Experience working across complex system landscapes and integrations
• Professional proficiency in Swedish and English
• Experience within banking, financial services, or insurance environments (mandatory)
