Assignment Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Analyst / Digital Analyst

What You Will Work On

• Analyze and optimize customer journeys and conversion funnels across web and app
• Deliver insights and recommendations to support product decisions
• Evaluate business impact of A/B tests and experimentation initiatives
• Perform ad hoc analysis of customer behavior and digital engagement
• Identify opportunities to improve digital experiences and conversion performance
• Validate and troubleshoot analytics implementations and tracking quality
• Support product teams with data-driven decision-making
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights
• Monitor and improve analytics data quality and governance
• Collaborate across product, UX, development, and marketing functions
• Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Digital Analyst
• Strong expertise in SQL
• Experience working with BigQuery
• Experience operating in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, including server-side templates
• Experience creating insights through Data Studio / visualization platforms
• Experience using Hotjar
• Ability to work independently in complex and data-driven organizations
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written Swedish
