Product Owner

We're looking for a Product Owner to join our growing team at Rift Consulting AB. We seek someone who combines strong product thinking with excellent communication and organizational skills, and who understands how to bridge business goals with development execution. You will work closely with developers, stakeholders, and clients to shape product direction, prioritize initiatives, and ensure high-quality delivery. This role corresponds to SSYK 2512 Mjukvaru- och systemutvecklare m.fl.

Responsibilities

• Drive product development efforts while maintaining clear communication on priorities, progress, and feedback.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to translate requirements into actionable tasks and clear deliverables.
• Gather and analyze stakeholder and user feedback to improve products and guide decision-making.
• Facilitate planning sessions, requirement discussions, and product reviews.
• Keep product documentation accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized.
• Continuously learn and improve, sharing knowledge with the team to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role.
• Experience working closely with software development teams in agile environments.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and backlog prioritization.
• Experience translating business needs into clear product requirements.
• A problem-solving mindset and passion for creating high-quality products and experiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within game development, digital products, or interactive experiences.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
• Understanding of design principles and user-centered product development.
