Agile Team Lead

You will take a key role in a fast-paced and collaborative tech environment where agile ways of working are central to delivery. In this position, you will help a cross-functional team work efficiently, improve continuously, and stay focused on creating value in a large-scale development setup.

You will work closely with developers, QA engineers, tech leads, and stakeholders across the organization. The role combines team leadership, coordination, and process improvement, with a strong focus on flow, collaboration, and delivery quality. It is a great opportunity if you enjoy creating structure, enabling teams to perform at their best, and influencing how agile development is run in practice.

• You will lead and support a cross-functional agile team with developers, QA engineers, and tech leads.
• You will drive continuous improvement in team ways of working, delivery processes, and overall team performance.
• You will facilitate agile ceremonies and help the team maintain focus, transparency, and momentum.
• You will coordinate initiatives together with stakeholders and other teams to support smooth collaboration across dependencies.
• You will help improve workflows and create structure in a large-scale agile development environment.
• You will use Jira and Confluence to support planning, follow-up, documentation, and team alignment.

• Experience in an agile leadership role such as Agile Team Lead or Scrum Master.
• Experience leading cross-functional tech teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent English and Swedish.
• A strong agile mindset and experience driving continuous improvement.
