Senior Factory IT Specialist

You will join a Factory IT & Digitalization team in a production-critical environment where stable applications, integrations, and infrastructure are essential to daily operations. In this role, you will work close to production and help ensure that PCs, applications, and related IT services support the business without disruption.

The role combines hands-on support with continuous improvement. You will collaborate with technicians, users, and suppliers, handle incidents and changes, and contribute to better processes, documentation, and monitoring across the technical landscape. • You will provide PC and application support for production in a factory IT environment.
• You will troubleshoot incidents across applications, integrations, and infrastructure, and coordinate resolution when issues affect operations.
• You will drive change management activities for the systems and services your team supports.
• You will contribute to problem management and root cause analysis for recurring or serious issues.
• You will work on improvements in processes, documentation, and monitoring in the technical environment.
• You will collaborate with production technicians and system suppliers on improvement initiatives and system changes.
• You will help maintain the application and tools register and keep technical information up to date.

• 10+ years of experience.
• Experience and interest in IT infrastructure and applications in a production environment.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting PCs and IT systems.
• Experience working with contacts at different levels within an organization.
• Ability to understand how applications, integrations, and infrastructure relate to each other.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Experience with Intune and Entra.
• Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, basic Linux, networking, server management, and SQL.
• Experience working in case management systems such as ServiceNow.
• Experience with the Windows Server platform.
• Understanding of software development and the ability to program and analyze in one or more programming languages.
• Experience working within the ITIL framework.
• Experience writing documentation and instructions.
• University degree.
