System Technician – Communication, CCTV & PA

About the Role

As an Installation & Commissioning Technician, you will work closely with both customers and colleagues in projects involving installation, configuration, and commissioning of our systems in both marine and industrial environments. The role is independent and technically broad, with significant responsibility from start to finished delivery.

Systems and Solutions You Will Work With

• CCTV systems and camera solutions with integration into higher-level systems
• Radio communication
• Telephony systems and internal communication
• TV systems
• Public Address (PA) and voice evacuation systems

Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, and commissioning of communication and security systems
• Work in marine and industrial environments, onboard vessels, in industry, and at shipyards
• Troubleshooting, testing, and documentation of systems
• Independently execute assignments as well as collaborate with sales and technical teams
• Work in a structured manner using case and time reporting systems
• Technical communication in English, both spoken and written
• Work with both digital and analog solutions

Your Profile

• Responsible and accustomed to working independently
• Detail-oriented, structured, and quality-focused
• Technically curious with a willingness to learn more
• Professional and service-oriented in customer interactions
• Able to identify opportunities and development potential in technical solutions

Experience and Qualifications

• Technical education or equivalent experience
• Knowledge in IT, networking, and communication technology
• Technical background in audio, video, and control systems
• Previous experience in installation and commissioning
• Practical hands-on skills and experience with technical work
• Certification in voice evacuation systems is an advantage

Travel

Travel is required, as our customers are located throughout Europe and projects are carried out in both marine and industrial environments, in Sweden and abroad.

Employment Terms

• Category B driver’s license (required)
• Swedish citizenship
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Probationary period: 6 months
• Location: Gothenburg or Trollhättan area
• Salary: As agreed
• Employment level: Full-time (100%)
