Senior Project Manager IT Infrastructure & Shared Digital Services

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead complex IT infrastructure and workplace technology initiatives within a large transformation program.

The assignment involves driving the planning, design, coordination, and implementation of modern technology environments, while ensuring alignment between business needs, technical requirements, suppliers, and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technology-related projects from planning through implementation.
• Manage requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment for shared digital services and workplace solutions.
• Drive service design, feasibility assessments, and implementation planning for common IT services.
• Oversee requirements related to network infrastructure, connectivity, server environments, and supporting technical platforms.
• Coordinate technical installations and infrastructure readiness activities.
• Support procurement activities and vendor collaboration for technology and managed service engagements.
• Lead change management initiatives related to service transitions and operational improvements.
• Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, manageable, and aligned with long-term business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, suppliers, and leadership groups.
• Contribute to the development of operational models, governance structures, and service management processes.

Required Experience

✔ 15+ years of experience as a Project Manager

✔ Strong experience leading large-scale IT infrastructure and workplace technology projects

✔ Experience managing multi-site network and workplace environments

✔ Proven background in procurement-related projects and outsourced service transitions

✔ Experience building and improving operational and governance models

✔ Strong requirements management experience covering infrastructure, workplace platforms, collaboration solutions, and network services

✔ Experience leading infrastructure transformation initiatives involving networks, servers, storage, clients, and security technologies

✔ Experience with technical platform implementation, including network environments, server facilities, cooling, and related infrastructure

✔ Knowledge of service management processes, including Service Design, Service Transition, and Service Operation

✔ Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

✔ Fluent Swedish, spoken and written

Certification

✅ ITIL Expert v3 (or later equivalent certification)
