Azure System Architect

You will shape the IT architecture for one or more business-critical areas in a Nordic environment where business goals and technology strategy need to move in the same direction. The role combines strategic architecture work with practical guidance across business, information, system, technical architecture and IT security.

You will help create the architectural vision, define roadmaps and guide key decisions across the existing application and infrastructure landscape. At the same time, you will build alignment between stakeholders, clarify trade-offs and help the organization move toward a more effective target architecture. This is a great opportunity if you want to influence standards, ways of working and Azure-based enterprise solutions in a role with broad impact.

• You will drive architecture vision and roadmap work for your area in line with business and IT strategy.
• You will guide and govern architectural principles, standards, best practices and shared change initiatives.
• You will analyze stakeholder needs and translate them into clear architectural direction.
• You will maintain an overview of the current application and IT infrastructure landscape, identify gaps and support the transition toward the target picture.
• You will advise stakeholders on architectural issues and help resolve complex questions in a clear and practical way.
• You will build strong collaboration with other architects and stakeholders to improve architecture across multiple areas.
• You will lead strategic discussions aimed at reducing complexity, improving agility, lowering risk and strengthening business capabilities.
• You will contribute to knowledge sharing and mentor others to strengthen architectural capability across the organization.

• Microsoft Azure certification at the level of Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or similar experience
• Experience in designing and setting up enterprise applications on Azure AKS
• Experience in designing and setting up enterprise databases on Azure Postgres
• Experience in designing and setting up integrations using Kafka for applications in Azure
• Strong business knowledge
• Strong software engineering knowledge
• Excellent skills in IT solution architecture
• Professional experience in enterprise architecture
• Strong conceptual thinking
• Fluent English

• Good knowledge of Swedish
