About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a mature Agile engineering team responsible for schematics and cable harness development for bus chassis programs. The team plays a critical role in supporting eMobility initiatives and ensuring successful project execution within vehicle electrical systems development.
The successful candidate will serve as a key facilitator between project stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring efficient planning, coordination, delivery tracking, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires a collaborative leader who can foster team engagement while maintaining focus on project milestones and engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, coordination, and monitoring activities related to electrical systems and vehicle development projects.
- Drive the development and delivery of electrical schematics and cable harness solutions for ongoing engineering programs.
- Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support effective Scrum practices within the engineering team.
- Identify project risks, deviations, and issues while coordinating corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide regular updates on project status, achievements, challenges, and risks during stakeholder and project meetings.
- Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams, project managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support daily engineering operations and assist teams in achieving project objectives.
- Encourage effective collaboration across departments to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
- Promote a positive, high-performing, and engaged team culture.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and support line group coordination activities.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in design and engineering environments.
- Demonstrated experience in project planning, coordination, execution, and follow-up activities.
- Proven ability to work successfully within cross-functional and project-driven organizations.
- Experience facilitating Agile methodologies, Scrum processes, and stakeholder interactions.
- Strong understanding of engineering project delivery and development processes.
Education
- Bachelor's (B.Sc.) or Master's (M.Sc.) degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Skills
- Previous experience within Scania or TRATON environments.
- Knowledge of cable harness development and electrical system design.
- Experience using Saber for cable harness design activities.
