Technical Lead – Teamcenter: PLM, Configurator & Integration

We’re looking for a Technical Lead – Teamcenter: PLM, Configurator & Integration for a company in Gothenburg. Start is in August, 11 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.

You will ensure that Teamcenter is the single source of truth, enabling API-driven, JSON-based consumption of product and configuration data.

Assignment description and main responsibilities:

Architecture:

• Own Teamcenter architecture, data model, and configurator

• Define data ownership, system boundaries, and integration principles

• Drive API-first and event-driven architecture

Product Configurator:

• Ensure configuration is structured for reuse and API/JSON consumption

• Align Teamcenter with external configurators and digital experiences

Integrations & APIs (Core):

Own data flows: Teamcenter → APIs → digital products / partners

Define: JSON schemas (mandatory), API contracts (versioning, stability)

Drive: Event-driven integration, Clear separation of source vs transformed data

Platform & Delivery:

• Own environments (TEST / PROD) and upgrades

• Define deployment and release processes

• Ensure platform supports integrations and partner usage

Ways of Working:

• Collaborate across digital, business units, integration teams, and partners

• Lead data contracts and integration design

• Enforce governance (data, APIs, configuration)

Deliveries:

• Teamcenter architecture & integration model

• JSON data models and API contracts

• Configurator setup and governance

• Partner onboarding model

Competence requirements:

• Teamcenter expertise (architecture + configurator)

• Strong integration experience (APIs, EDA)

• Advanced JSON modelling and schema design

• Nice to have: experience with partners and distributed systems

This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is August, 11 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.
