IT Service Manager - Stockholm

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager – Network Services to take ownership of the lifecycle, governance, performance, and continuous improvement of network-related services within a global IT environment. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, service providers, and technical teams to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing network services that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Service Strategy & Governance

• Develop and maintain service roadmaps for network services.

• Contribute to long-term service portfolio planning and continuous service development.

• Ensure network services support evolving business requirements.

• Drive service governance and lifecycle management.

Service Delivery & Performance

• Ensure network services meet agreed service levels and business expectations.

• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and user experience metrics, following up on deviations and driving corrective actions.

• Analyse service performance and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

• Coordinate service delivery activities across internal teams and external service providers.

Stakeholder & Supplier Management

• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, vendors, and service delivery teams.

• Communicate service performance, risks, planned improvements, and roadmaps to relevant stakeholders.

• Manage supplier relationships and oversee vendor performance through established governance processes.

Financial & Compliance Management

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting for network services.

• Ensure compliance with information security, privacy, and other applicable regulatory and corporate requirements.

Continuous Improvement

• Drive service optimization through automation, process improvements, and operational enhancements.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement to increase service quality and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.

• 3–7 years of experience in Service Management, IT Operations, Infrastructure Services, or Network Services.

• Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and service lifecycle management.

• Experience managing suppliers, vendors, contracts, and governance processes.

• Experience with service portfolio management.

• Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.

• Experience monitoring and improving service performance using KPIs and SLAs.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
