Junior Product Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our Speech Generating Devices (SGD) hardware team. This is a great opportunity if you’re early in your product career and want to grow in a hands-on, collaborative, and purpose-driven environment.

About the role

In this role, you’ll support the development and lifecycle of accessories and mounting solutions—an important part of making our AAC solutions safe, reliable, and easy to use in everyday life.

You’ll work closely with experienced Product Managers and learn what great product management looks like in a complex, regulated hardware environment. Over time, you’ll take on more ownership as you grow.

What you’ll do

• Support the Accessories & Mounts portfolio with execution-focused product work
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory & Quality, Sales, Marketing, and Support
• Help define product problems and contribute to solution planning
• Support launches and post-launch activities, including documentation, data collection, and issue handling
• Prepare clear materials and help facilitate structured discussions with stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement and learn through feedback and coaching

Who you are

We believe you’re curious, structured, and motivated to learn. You enjoy working with others and want to build strong product management skills over time.

You likely have:

• A Master’s degree in Product Management, or in Engineering, Business, Design, or a related field
• Around 3+ years of relevant experience (e.g. product development, project/program management, engineering, operations, or similar)
• Experience working cross-functionally
• An interest in hardware and end-to-end product development
• It’s a plus if you have experience in assistive technology or AAC, but it’s not required.
