Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Technical Investigations to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead and execute task force projects to resolve significant site and fleet issues according to the PIP process
• Drive complex technical investigations to identify root causes and define corrective and preventive actions
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers and technical experts
• Ensure structured planning, execution, and follow-up of investigation activities according to agreements and timelines
• Communicate investigation status and findings to internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare and secure final RCA documentation and handover unresolved topics to responsible functions
• Contribute to customer satisfaction through proactive support and professional case handling
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within product support and field issue resolution

What you bring:

• 5–10 years of experience in technical engineering, project management, or international product support
• Experience from international business environments, preferably within industrial, oil & gas, or power generation sectors
• Solid technical understanding of gas turbines or similar complex industrial products
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a structured approach to RCA methods
• Proven ability to execute and deliver under time-critical conditions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, driven, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and cultures
