Your Role

As an Expert, you don’t just deliver features, you are responsible for ensuring that both Devies and our clients succeed. You will:

• Design scalable, high-performing frontend solutions for complex ecosystems

• Lead by example, coach teams, and elevate the overall delivery quality
• 
  
• Translate business vision and culture into intuitive user experiences
• 
  
• Balance innovation with pragmatism, knowing when to explore new paths and when to deliver

Who You Are

We want to work with people who are doers, responsible, pragmatic, service-minded, kind, ambitious, energetic, and natural leaders. You are:

• An expert in modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar)
• 
  
• Experienced (5+ years in web development) with a deep understanding of performance, scalability, and design systems
• 
  
• Comfortable working in both Swedish and English
• 
  
• Someone who takes responsibility for the bigger picture, not just your own code
