We are now looking for a Software Developer to join one of our development teams responsible for Carrier Resource Management, within Product Engineering Unit RU Software in Kista, Stockholm. This opportunity will provide experience in realizing Ericsson strategy of Openness and delivering RU software for ORAN architecture. Here, you’ll work in agile teams where everyone contributes their expertise and drives products from concept to delivery, with collaboration, creativity, and open communication as the keys to success. This is an opportunity to leverage upon your skills in AI to innovate, improve and evolve together with our products, software development practises, workflows, and mindset. What you will do: • Develop exciting new features. • Maintain and improve existing products. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and other teams. • Participate in creative meetings and brainstorming sessions. • Document and share knowledge. • Bring your own perspective and innovative ideas to the team. • Work in an agile environment practicing CI/CD principles while participating in operational responsibilities. The skills you will bring: • Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information & Communication Technology, or similar field.  • Good communication and collaboration skills. • AI enthusiasm. • Positive mindset, curiosity, and a can-do attitude. • Programming skills (preferably in object-oriented languages such as C++, Java).
