Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Manage the entire B2B sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Engage with customers across multiple industries and seniority levels.
- Collaborate closely with senior colleagues and cross-functional teams.
- Identify opportunities to drive business growth and customer value.
- Represent the company at industry events and meetings across Sweden and Europe.
What you bring:
- 2–4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS, tech, or logistics.
- Strong ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored value propositions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- High motivation and drive to grow in an innovative, forward-thinking company.
- Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
- Collaborative, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset.
