Join our client's dynamic team as an IT Support, playing a crucial role in ensuring seamless technological operations. OM TJÄNSTEN As an IT Support, you will be the first point of contact for employee technical issues, ensuring all systems and devices run smoothly. You will play a vital role in supporting our client's operations and facilitating employee onboarding. This is a fixed-term consultancy assignment starting asap. ARBETSUPPGIFTER Work tasks This role involves providing comprehensive technical assistance to employees, managing IT assets, and maintaining local infrastructure to ensure optimal system performance. * Provide general IT support to employees. * Manage access, devices, and software for all employees. * Facilitate IT onboarding for new employees. * Maintain local IT infrastructure, including workstations, meeting rooms, and printers. VI SÖKER DIG SOM - A couple years proven practical experience in IT support. - Good knowledge of Office 365. - Good knowledge of Entra ID. - Good knowledge of Active Directory. - Experience with ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow). - Fluent in English. It is meritorious if you have - Fluent in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
