Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Collaborate within an agile IT team to design, develop, and deliver high-quality solutions supporting aftermarket business.
• Lead backend development initiatives using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Implement and maintain cloud-based applications leveraging Azure and modern DevOps practices.
• Translate complex business requirements into efficient, maintainable, and effective technical solutions.
• Contribute to architectural discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Support integration of tools and frameworks such as GitHub, Robot Framework, Backstage, Soundcheck, and Co-Pilot.
• Collaborate with frontend developers using Angular for end-to-end product delivery.
• Ensure rapid, high-quality software delivery through agile and test-driven development.
• Participate in daily agile ceremonies, providing technical guidance and fostering collaboration across the team.

What you bring:

• Strong experience in Java backend development, including Spring Boot and Hibernate frameworks.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency with development tools such as GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience in agile software delivery environments with a focus on quality, speed, and teamwork.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems while delivering maintainable solutions.
• Fast learner with adaptability to evolving technologies and project requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
