Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Represent Product Development at MCV Cairo as the main contact between manufacturing and engineering.
• Support and lead design activities in wiring & harness and low-voltage systems
• Develop customized design solutions using CATIA V5, KOLA, and KAP, ensuring high-quality integration and documentation.
• Lead component installation, media routing, and packaging work within electrical systems.
• Contribute to project deliveries by integrating cross-functional inputs and ensuring technical readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and business development initiatives within the design and electrical engineering domains.
• Provide input to project prerequisites and product strategies based on component history and performance.

What you bring:

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical design and development.
• Strong skills in Saber (or equivalent 2D wiring design tools) and CATIA V5 (for electrical routing and packaging).
• Experience working with systems such as KOLA and KAP.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly committed with strong leadership capabilities.
• Ability to take initiative and lead projects or cross-functional activities independently.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Willingness and ability to work 50% on-site at MCV Cairo, Egypt.
