Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Coordinate installation activities on-site and serve as the main link between the customer and the construction contractor during the installation phase.
• Support the Project Manager in all installation-related tasks within major investment projects.
• Collaborate with the construction contractor to develop and maintain an installation plan ensuring safety, efficiency, and timely execution.
• Manage requirements and coordination for subcontractors responsible for machine installations.
• Participate in and support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
• Work proactively and operationally, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.

What you bring:

• Engineering degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of documented experience in the construction industry, such as property management, construction projects, or facility development.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, open-minded, and solution-oriented approach with a hands-on attitude.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Experience with FAT/SAT processes is considered an advantage.
