Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Develop, program, test, and commission automation solutions tailored to various product types and customer needs.
• Collaborate with process engineering teams to ensure full functionality and integration of automation systems.
• Perform system analysis, design, and development of new or existing HMI, database, and PLC programs to meet project specifications.
• Provide ongoing customer support, troubleshooting, and automation training for customer personnel.
• Work within a cross-functional Scrum team to deliver complete packaging equipment solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the automation engineering organization.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience across the development lifecycle—from documentation and design to testing and commissioning.
• Strong skills in PLC programming.
• Experience working in large industrial or manufacturing companies.
• Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Meritorious experience with Tetra Pak, Rockwell, EPlan, or AVEVA InTouch systems
