Back-End Developer

You will help strengthen the digital backbone of an organization operating in a large, fast-moving construction and industrial environment. The focus is on building and maintaining scalable microservices, creating integrations that support real business workflows, and shaping secure ways of working across the digital stack. You will work closely with domain experts and cross-functional teams in an environment where priorities can shift quickly and where practical, well-designed solutions make a clear impact. This role is especially interesting if you enjoy combining hands-on backend development with real influence on DevSecOps practices and technical direction.

• You will design, develop, and maintain a scalable microservices architecture.
• You will build tailored solutions and integrations that support business needs and operational workflows.
• You will work closely with domain experts to turn business requirements into technical solutions.
• You will strengthen and refine DevSecOps procedures, governance, and security-related ways of working.
• You will collaborate across integrations, operations, data, and front-end to solve challenges across the digital stack.
• You will adapt to changing priorities in a high-paced project environment and help move work forward with quality and speed.
• You will contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.

• Experience with Java or Kotlin.
• Experience with Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of microservice architecture principles.
• Experience working with low-code platforms to build functional workflows and systems.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, evolving project environment.
• A willingness to contribute beyond your core technical area when needed.
