Teamtailor makes recruitment software. We're hiring one product designer to work on site at our Stockholm office. You'll work in six-week Shape Up cycles, paired with a developer, and own the design of each project from research to shipped code.
Requirements
- University degree (bachelor's or higher) in design, interaction design or psychology
- Professional experience as a product designer at a software company
- Experience building or rebuilding design system components to WCAG 2.1 AA
- Experience prototyping in working HTML/CSS with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor
- Experience with Figma, including design tokens and Figma MCP
- Experience planning and running user research and usability tests
- Fluent English
- Able to work on site at our Stockholm office
