You'll build a developer experience platform, collaborating with technical leaders and engineering teams to drive productivity, standardize processes, and enhance engineering culture. Technical skills
- Strong programming skills in at least one modern language (Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience implementing or maintaining source code management systems at scale.

- Understanding of infrastructure-as-code and configuration management.
- Experience building developer-facing APIs and integrations.
- Exposure to public Cloud providers like AWS and/or Azure
Communication skills
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical team members and colleagues.
Can build good cross-team relationships with DevEx champions and engineering leads.
Documentation skills
capable of producing meaningful and easy to read documentation and guidelines for engineers.
