Assignment Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Architect / IT Business Architect
What You Will Work On
- Develop and document business architecture within IT infrastructure and IT services
- Map, analyse, and develop business processes and capabilities
- Define target architecture, target state, and roadmaps
- Identify business needs and translate them into clear requirements
- Support implementation and development of an ITSM platform
- Develop processes, workflows, and operating models for IT infrastructure services
- Drive architecture and business initiatives independently from analysis to implementation
- Coordinate requirements and perspectives across multiple business areas
- Identify dependencies and ensure changes support overall business objectives
- Collaborate with IT architects, business representatives, product owners, project managers, and other stakeholders
- Create structure within complex transformation initiatives
- Document architecture, processes, requirements, and target states
What You Bring
- Extensive experience as a Business Architect
- Strong experience in business architecture within IT
- Good understanding of IT development and IT infrastructure
- Experience participating in implementation of an ITSM platform from a business perspective
- Strong experience developing and documenting business processes
- Experience with requirements gathering and requirements analysis
- Experience developing target architectures, target states, and roadmaps
- Experience working in complex IT environments with multiple dependencies
- Ability to independently structure and drive architecture activities
- Strong cross-functional experience across business and IT
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach
- Experience with Agile or other established development and transformation methodologies
