On behalf of a partner company, Nordic Investin is looking for an ERP Implementation Project Manager. You understand that an ERP implementation succeeds when processes, data and ownership are ready, not when configuration is declared complete.
The partner is implementing a new ERP platform across finance, procurement and operations. You will lead business and technology workstreams, manage the implementation partner and create the decisions required to move from design through testing, cutover and stabilisation.
Technology delivery is treated as organisational change with technical consequences. The partner expects one coherent view across architecture, security, data, suppliers, users and operations from initial scope through stable ownership.
How you will workYou will work across business owners, technical specialists, security, operations and external suppliers. The partner expects you to understand enough detail to test the plan, while keeping technical accountability with the appropriate experts. Ownership continues through cutover, stabilisation and handover.
As a senior colleague, you will own substantial outcomes and help others make stronger decisions. You are expected to recognise risk early, communicate it without drama and move work forward with practical alternatives. Seniority here means broader judgement and follow through, not distance from delivery.
What you will do- Own the implementation plan, governance and delivery cadence.
- Coordinate process design, configuration and integration work.
- Drive data migration, testing and business readiness.
- Manage the implementation partner and contractual milestones.
- Lead cutover planning and hypercare preparation.
- Control scope, risk, budget and steering decisions.
- Senior ERP project management experience.
- Evidence of leading full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong process, data and integration understanding.
- Experience managing systems integrators and business owners.
- Disciplined testing, cutover and readiness management.
- Professional English and confident executive reporting.
- SAP S Four HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Oracle ERP.
- Multi entity finance transformation.
- International rollout experience.
Your background may combine IT programme leadership, finance transformation or enterprise applications. The partner is looking for someone who knows where ERP programmes fail quietly and can bring issues into the open while options still exist.
What makes the opportunity interestingYou will lead a platform change that reshapes core business processes. The role provides broad decision access, substantial delivery ownership and the opportunity to build foundations that remain useful long after go live.
The exact partner, employment model, compensation, start date and working arrangement will be explained openly during the process. Nordic Investin will make sure you understand the context, expectations and decision path before you are asked to commit significant time.
The recruitment conversationDuring the process, Nordic Investin will focus on concrete decisions you have made: the context you received, the alternatives you considered, the result you observed and what you would change today. You do not need every optional credential if your core experience transfers and you can explain how you would close the gap.
How to applyApply with your CV or LinkedIn profile and a short note describing the most relevant organisation, service, project or financial process you have helped improve. Nordic Investin welcomes candidates with different routes into the profession and assesses applicants on relevant capability, judgement and potential.
