About the Role
We're looking for a Full Stack AI Developer who thrives at the intersection of software engineering and applied AI. You'll design, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions, working across the entire technology stack from front-end experiences to cloud infrastructure and LLM-powered services, partnering closely with product, data and business stakeholders across our Nordic markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, secure web applications using modern front-end and back-end frameworks.
- Develop and integrate AI models into production features — owning the approach from concept to deployment.
- Work in an AI-first pipeline, using agentic coding tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) as part of your daily workflow.
- Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems (e.g. Genesys CX) to enable automation and data-driven features.
- Write clean, well-documented, maintainable code and apply effective testing and debugging practices.
- Stay current with AI and full-stack engineering trends and share knowledge across the team.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Several years of professional experience building and deploying full-stack applications in production environments.
- Strong front-end development skills using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Strong back-end development experience using Python and/or Node.js.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI solutions.
- Experience integrating LLMs, AI services, or machine learning models into customer-facing applications.
- Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud-native development on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases.
- Knowledge of MCP and agent-based AI systems.
- Experience evaluating, monitoring, and improving LLM performance in production.
- Understanding of GDPR, the EU AI Act, and responsible AI practices.
- Swedish language skills are considered a strong advantage.
