The opportunity

The role combines a focused application portfolio with complex operational dependencies. A new point-of-sale system has recently been introduced and offers further development potential, while the continued establishment of new stores places clear demands on scalable processes and dependable infrastructure. You work closely with colleagues across Digital, Technology, Facilities, Properties and the wider business to turn retail priorities into sustainable digital solutions. You lead a multidisciplinary organisation that includes digital leads, developers and managers.

About the role

As Head of Digital – Retail, you hold strategic responsibility for the digital direction, capabilities and contribution to business performance across the company’s retail network. You translate Lindex’s overall strategy into a clear digital direction, setting priorities and driving the development of digital solutions, data, AI and technology to support sustainable growth, profitability and long-term business success.

Working in close partnership with business and functional leaders, you ensure that digital priorities are aligned with business objectives and translated into tangible results. You lead digital development across the retail network, balancing reliable day-to-day operations with continuous improvement and future-focused innovation. By strengthening digital capabilities and embedding new technologies into retail operations, you enhance the employee and customer experience while driving efficiency and operational performance.

You also lead competence development in new digital capabilities and ways of working, strengthening Lindex digital maturity and ability to embrace future opportunities. Through collaboration across the organisation, you ensure that digital development supports both current business needs and long-term strategic ambitions.

About you

You understand the complexity of retail operations and recognise how even small changes in technology can have a significant operational impact.
