Head of Enterprise Integrations
Do you want to shape how systems, applications and data connect across a global organization? Troax is strengthening its global IT organization and establishing Enterprise Integration as a core capability. We are now looking for a Head of Enterprise Integrations who wants to take a key role in this transformation and build the integration capability that will support Troax’s continued development.
The position has a global scope and is primarily based in Jönköping, with the possibility of being based at another Troax office in Sweden.

About the role
You will be given the mandate to shape the integration landscape from the ground up, creating the structures, standards and technical foundation needed to connect applications, platforms, data and external partners across the organization.
Your mission is to establish a scalable, secure and governed approach to integration across Troax. You will define the vision, strategy and roadmap while building the structures and standards needed for a modern integration landscape. An important part of the role will be to establish and own a common integration platform and create clear principles for how integrations are developed, monitored, documented and managed throughout their lifecycle.
You will work across business and IT, collaborating closely with system and process owners, regional IT, external partners and specialists within areas such as Architecture, Data, AI & Automation and Business Applications.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the Enterprise Integration vision, strategy and roadmap.
- Establish and own a Group-wide integration platform.
- Establish principles, standards, reusable patterns and governance for integration development.
- Develop lifecycle management, documentation, monitoring, support and follow-up.
- Ensure scalable, secure, robust and traceable integrations.
- Coordinate internal capabilities and external integration and development partners.
- Contribute to the future sourcing model for integration capabilities.
- Support larger business transformation and system initiatives across the Group.

Your profile
We are looking for a senior profile with experience in establishing or developing integration capabilities. Your background could be within integration architecture, enterprise architecture, platform ownership, IT leadership or technical delivery.
As a person, you are self-driven and structured with a strong sense of ownership. You communicate confidently with both technical and business stakeholders and have the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and accessible way. You enjoy collaborating with others but are equally comfortable making decisions and driving your area forward.
We believe you bring
- Experience establishing or developing Enterprise Integration in a larger or complex organization.
- Strong understanding of integration architecture and integration platforms.
- Experience with API management, application and system integration and information flows.
- Knowledge of integration patterns, monitoring, documentation, security and lifecycle management.
- Ability to define target states, principles, standards and roadmaps.
- Experience coordinating and setting requirements for external technology partners.
- The ability to combine strategic responsibility with operational execution.
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken. Swedish is an advantage but not a requirement.
