Consulting Team – Project Manager, Solution Architect & Requirements Analyst | Stockholm
We are looking for an experienced consulting team consisting of a Project Manager, Solution Architect and Requirements Analyst for a long-term assignment focused on the planning, procurement and establishment of a supply system/ERP solution.

Scope
Approximately 3–4 FTE
The assignment covers the full process from needs analysis and process mapping to solution architecture, requirements management, procurement and preparation for implementation.
Project Manager
- Competency level 4
- 10+ years of experience leading IT projects through the full project lifecycle
- 5+ years of experience in change, process and business development within complex organizations
- Experience with established project methodologies, such as Projektil
- Experience in IT procurement and requirements setting
- Strong technical understanding and ability to translate business needs into IT solutions
- Relevant academic degree
- Very good Swedish, spoken and written
Solution Architect
- Competency level 4
- 10+ years of experience as a Solution, Domain or Enterprise Architect
- Extensive experience with ERP or other mission-critical platform implementations or procurements
- Strong experience in integration architecture and data migration
- Experience with supply systems and related processes
- Experience working across business processes, information and IT
- Strong understanding of architecture principles, standards, methods and frameworks
- Relevant academic degree
- Very good Swedish, spoken and written
Requirements Analyst
- Competency level 4
- 10+ years of experience in requirements management involving ERP or other large, mission-critical platforms
- Experience with systems supporting supply processes
- Relevant academic degree
- Very good Swedish, spoken and written
Team requirement
At least 2/3 of the team must have previously worked together on assignments with similar conditions and deliverables and be able to provide this as a reference.
