Assignment Description
We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer
What You Will Work On
- Design, develop, and maintain electrical control systems and electrical components.
- Create detailed electrical designs using EPLAN P8.
- Develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Design electrical control panels in accordance with international standards.
- Interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, and customer requirements.
- Identify and evaluate suitable technical solutions for customer projects.
- Estimate engineering effort, project timelines, and implementation costs.
- Collaborate with project teams, engineering departments, customers, and contractors.
- Ensure electrical systems comply with IEC standards, including EN 60204.
- Participate throughout the project lifecycle, from concept design to implementation, testing, qualification, and handover.
- Support product validation, system qualification, and commissioning activities.
- Contribute to maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare technical documentation, engineering reports, and project presentations.
- Ensure electrical designs meet quality, safety, reliability, and sustainability requirements.
What You Bring
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Senior experience in electrical engineering and industrial electrical design.
- Strong expertise in EPLAN P8, which is mandatory.
- Experience with EPLAN Pro Panel and Routing is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of electrical control panel design.
- Strong knowledge of global electrical standards, particularly IEC and EN 60204.
- Experience creating electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Ability to interpret engineering specifications and technical drawings.
- Experience supporting projects from concept through implementation, testing, and commissioning.
- Knowledge of electrical system qualification and validation processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams, customers, and contractors.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
