- Deep knowledge of Java and JVM, including: JVM memory management, Garbage Collection (GC), Concurrency, Performance tuning, Virtual threads
- Strong experience building and scaling customer-facing web services
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and distributed data architectures
- Experience with Cassandra, Redis, Memcached, or similar technologies
- Experience building REST services using Netty or similar frameworks
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and software delivery
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment
