Senior PeopleSoft Consultant

We are looking for a Senior PeopleSoft Consultant to join an international organization and play a key role in maintaining and developing a business-critical HR platform.

In this role, you will combine hands-on technical expertise with close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams. You will help keep the current PeopleSoft solution running smoothly while supporting the organization's transition toward Workday.

As a Senior PeopleSoft Consultant, you will take a central role in the support, maintenance, and development of the existing PeopleSoft platform. You will work proactively to ensure stable operations, resolve incidents, manage problems, and implement solution patches and improvements.

You will also collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, business users, and IT teams, acting as a trusted technical expert and helping bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Your responsibilities will include

• Supporting, maintaining, and developing the existing PeopleSoft solution.
• Ensuring stable operations and helping to "keep the lights on" for a business-critical HR platform.
• Leading incident resolution and problem management activities.
• Implementing solution patches, improvements, and technical enhancements.
• Working closely with business users, HR stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Providing hands-on technical expertise and guidance within the PeopleSoft environment.
• Supporting the transition journey toward Workday while ensuring the continued stability of the existing platform.

Scope of employment

: Full-time, 100% Type of contract: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters. • At least 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft development, support, and maintenance.
• Strong hands-on expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, and Application Designer.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases.
• Experience in incident resolution, problem management, and implementing solution patches.
