You will help us build and operate video management software for cloud and on-prem solutions, working alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative environment.

What you'll do here
As a developer, you will build and refine our products while growing your skills across the stack. You will use modern development methods and AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot.
Responsibilities include:
- Design and implement features across the full stack
- Write well-structured, testable, and maintainable code
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other development teams
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration
- Drive improvements in our development practices
- Participate in everyday teamwork and agile ceremonies
- Explore and bring new ideas to the team
Who are you?
You are a motivated developer who is eager to learn. You enjoy working in a team, you are not afraid to ask questions, and you take pride in quality work. You have a solid foundation in software development and a genuine curiosity for the field. You are also enthusiastic about the shift toward agentic development and AI-native workflows.
We'd love to hear that you have
- A relevant engineering degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar
- A few years of professional experience in software development
- Experience with Go (or a strong desire to master it) and a solid understanding of cloud-native architectures (e.g. AWS)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration, specifically Docker and Kubernetes
- Integrated agentic development tools like Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor into your daily workflow to multiply your productivity
- A collaborative mindset and good communication skills
It's a bonus if you also have
- Experience with a variety of languages and frameworks (e.g. Rust, TypeScript, Node.js)
- Experience with frontend development in React
- A passion for automating the software factory, such as experimenting with LLM-based agents for coding, testing, or deployment
- Experience with advanced CI/CD patterns
